The dramatic den has a cathedral ceiling, full masonry fireplace chimney chase; walls of windows facing north (away from the sun); a wet bar which could be converted to a big-screen TV enclosure for surround-sound (good idea, huh?); nice built-ins; recently up-dated with Sherwin Williams' best paint.
