He listed the home, waived all of his fees and was instrumental in negotiating the final sale, which netted the church $90,828.73 to be used for the loan on the new Alyssum parsonage for which he was also a great help. We would not have been able to complete the purchase and sale nearly as successfully without his expertise. We would also like to thank three other people who were very helpful in both the sale and purchase. They include another member of LUMC, Dorinda Stedman who is branch Manager of the Nations Banks on FM 1960, Russ Bentley, Vice President Nations Bank and Sharon Bristow, Vice President and Branch Manager of the Stewart Title of Jones Rd.
